Introduction:

1. The main structural characteristics of the crane
The main girder of the European crane adopts the box girder structure. The advantages of this structure are that the structure is reasonable and the strength is high. The crane hoist is firmly combined with the lower wing of the main girder, and there is no potential safety hazard. The European crane can increase the effective lifting height, thereby improving the effective working space, and the clear height of the space can reach 1.5 meters. In addition, the wheel pressure of European cranes is less, so that the rail-bearing beams will be reduced.
The traditional crane is limited by the design of the hoist, and can only use the traditional I-beam structure below. This structure is very unreasonable and the utilization rate is low. The most important thing is the combination of the crane hoist and the lower wing of the main girder. The form will cause the crane to break away from the accident.
2. The space size of the crane
The space design of the European crane is more reasonable, the appearance is light and beautiful, and the limited space of the workshop can be used reasonably and effectively. The limit distance between the hook of the European crane and the walls on both sides is relatively small, and the headroom is low.
The appearance of traditional cranes is relatively thick and heavy, which does not meet the current design requirements, and its limit size in vertical and horizontal directions is relatively large. Under the same factory structure, the space utilization rate of traditional cranes is relatively low.
