After a period of intense production and meticulous preparation, the batch of trackless transfer vehicles customized for Catet has successfully completed all the inventory preparation work and is now all set to depart, about to be transported to the customer's site in Vietnam.
This batch of trackless transfer vehicles is specially designed based on the actual production needs of Vietnamese customers. Considering the layout characteristics of the local factory area, the equipment adopts a trackless design, breaking free from the limitations of tracks. It is flexible in turning and easy to move. Whether it is material turnover within the workshop or the transfer of heavy components between different areas of the factory area, it can handle them with ease.
In terms of load-bearing performance, the vehicle body is made of high-strength steel to ensure stability and safety when transporting heavy objects, fully meeting the load-bearing requirements of customers in their daily production.
From the precise assembly of components to the repeated debugging of the entire machine, and finally to the comprehensive quality inspection, every link embodies the meticulousness and rigor of the team, all for ensuring that the equipment can be put into use quickly upon arrival at the customer's site.
At present, all the transfer vehicles have been packed and protected, and are neatly stacked in the waiting area. They are only waiting for the transportation instructions to be issued before they will be transported to Vietnam by sea.
Subsequently, we will arrange dedicated personnel to track the transportation progress throughout the process. As soon as the equipment arrives, we will coordinate technicians to arrive on site immediately to assist the customer in completing the installation and commissioning, and fully ensure that the equipment can operate as soon as possible, contributing to the improvement of local production and logistics efficiency.
