Structure:
The electric double-girder gantry crane is composed of cart running mechanism, lower beam, outriggers, driver's cab, main beam, trolley running mechanism, hoisting mechanism, escalator, electrical appliances and other components:
1. Cart running mechanism
It is mainly composed of a lower beam and a trolley, of which the trolley is composed of a driving wheel group and a driven wheel group. The running mechanism includes a motor, a reducer, a gear, and a wheel group.
2. Outriggers
The section steel is used as the material, and then welded into a cage-shaped mechanism, the lower end is connected with the lower beam, and the upper end is connected with the main beam bolts through flanges.
3. Cab
The skeleton is made of profiled steel, the outer shell is welded on the skeleton with thin steel plates, the driver's cab is closed with broken lines, and the electrical appliances, power distribution cabinets and lines of the operating mechanism are generally located in the driver's cab.
4. Main beam
The section steel and the steel plate are welded, generally welded into a truss triangle. On the main beam, there are also trolley running rails.
5. Trolley running mechanism
The main components are similar to the running mechanism of the cart. The motor is driven by the reducer, and the pinion on the reducer is then transmitted to the large gear, so that the cart can travel back and forth.
6. Lifting mechanism
It is installed on the trolley frame, and the lifting movement is realized through the hoist and the matching fixed pulley, movable pulley or hook.
